News From Highland Meadow Homes

Well... it's been a little while since our last release of the Dakota (shown above). The smaller footprint version of the popular Montana is just as beautiful as it's predecessor.
I thought, with all the time that has passed, I should bring you up to date with what has been going on. The next build being released is another showcase style home. Grand, in it's first impression, for those who have gotten a peek at it. The entryway is breathtaking, not just in it's size, but in all the spectacular details we have lavished upon it. The over all style of this home is Modern/Contemporary with subtle hints of the far east. The interior design is quite unique with a first floor that includes a vaulted ceiling entryway, a open concept kitchen and a sunken living room/ entertainment area. We are still just a little bit of time away from having this ready for release but we do hope to have it out before April draws to and end.
The HMH Designs Main store is still in the works as well. Once finished it will include furnishings, lights, rugs, and various decor for styles from modern to vintage. I did not want to open the main store till we had a good representation for every taste and need.
Our plans for the future include adding to the number of smaller homes we offer. Elliott and I will also be designing and building homes based on themes we have not presented yet such as Tudor, Japanese (with Sukiya styled rooms and Tokonoma type features), Bungelow, French Creole, Chateau, and Mission as well as creating some wonderful skybox homes
also of varied styles. We look forward to announcing new releases and the HMH Designs Main store opening in the near future.
If you have any custom house needs, please do not hesitate to contact us in-world.
Thank You so Much for Your Time and Patience,
Kate McLaglen and Elliott Eldrich

NEW RELEASE - Plymouth Rock

We are pretty excited about this model. It is smaller than most of our current houses but has so many detailed features. It is a two story home with one bedroom and one bathroom. The front porch is done in stone with a built in fireplace just wonderful for BBQing or socializing. The window blinds in this house are prim based not alpha textures! Stop by anytime to check this charmer out.
Much Love,
Kate

HMH Welcomes First of the Next New Series of houses

HMH would like to take a moment to thank all those who have visited us since we opened the two Highland Meadow sims in October.

Today we have placed near the welcoming pavilion the first of many smaller homes. These homes will have the same quality and attention to detail for which we are already becoming well known. The new series of homes were created by popular request from several Residents of the SLNE community. The smaller footprint and overall height for the builds will fit within the requested limits for this and many other communities. If you are in a residential community with strict guidelines, please let us know and we will do everything to accommodate your needs and work with any personnel from communities to get you into your dream home while adhering to the size and aesthetic guidelines.

We at Highland Meadow Homes will do custom alterations to prefabs for a fee as well as full custom jobs. HMH creates both residential and retail builds from small to multi sim in size.

Our builds include as few alphas as possible to avoid the alpha clashing that can turn an elegant look to a missing skirt and hair fiasco. Sculpties with stable LODs are even used for railings to bring more realism into you SL home.

Stop by and pick up our FREE AFK sitter mini Cape Cod house and a mini Cape Cod without AFK message floating text so that you might use it for decoration in your home as a Doll House or other curio.

Today's new release is called "Cape Elizabeth". It is named after a small ocean front community in New England.

We look forward to seeing you and hope to provide you with the home of your dreams.
